Chincoteague Ponies
Island Pony Dream Farm is located in Parma Idaho and run by Jessica Raymond. Raising horses was always my dream but never one I thought I'd be able to realize. We moved to Idaho in 2014 from Upstate NY where I was born and raised. When we moved we brought 2 ponies and our Quarter Horse with us. Once we were settled in our new home I decided to go back to school. I ended up at Treasure Valley Community College studying Horse Production and Training. A program that is exceptional with amazing professors! My first semester we had to develop our business plan. Noticing that the area was lacking in pony breeders and knowing that there are very few Chincoteague Ponies in the western US I decided to focus on my love of this amazing breed. From there Island Pony Dream Farm was born and a dream realized!
Our First Foal
Our first foal born on our farm out of our Registered Chincoteague Ponies was born July 22, 2017. This was a momentous occasion for us and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of ponies our herd has produced so far.
Goals
1. To make Island Pony Dream Farm the premier Chincoteague Pony Breeding Farm in the Western U.S.
2. To provide quality, well trained Chincoteague Ponies to people of all ages and abilities.
3. To provide a safe and comfortable boarding facility for horses and their owners.
4. To provide a one of a kind birthday and camp experience that children will never forget.
5. To foster a love of horses and ponies in kids and adults and make childhood dreams come true one pony at a time.
Why Us?
Island Pony Dream Farm is a Chincoteague Pony Breeding Farm and a small family friendly boarding facility. We offer Camps and host Birthday Parties here on the farm. We can also travel to your event! We look forward to offering lessons in the future if there is an interest.
Island Pony Dream Farm is offering for sale Chincoteague Ponies of various ages and abilities to accommodate the needs of various customers. We strive to make childhood dreams come true, for all ages. We are very happy to be able to offer ponies from the famous Misty line of Chincoteague Pony.
Island Pony Dream Farm is focused on providing a safe and comfortable boarding facility where our customers, as well as their horses will be happy. We treat your horses just like we treat our own, like family!
